Hibachi
Hibachi is one of the Japanese cooking methods
where Japanese cuisine is prepared over open
grills or hot iron plates. Meiji Cuisine restaurant
provides this unique cooking as a great interactive
experience for all of our Hibachi diners.
Japanese cuisines prepared at our hibachi
restaurant consist of meats (such as fish, shrimp,
poultry, beef & pork) vegetables, noodles & rice.
Our Hibachi chefs will prepare custom meals
according to your orders in our menu.
Hibachi Japanese cuisine has a unique barbeque
taste combined with mouth watering Japanese
spices and dressings.
Sushi Bar
To many non-Japanese diners, Sushi is just raw
fish with rice. At Meiji Cuisine restaurant, Sushi
is a form of Japanese Cuisine Arts that makes out
of vinegary rice served with various mouth watering
fillings and toppings which may include raw fish.
It has a history of more than 2000 years.
Beside "un-cooked" sushi rolls, Meiji Cuisine
restaurant has "cooked" or "lightly-deep fried" or
"Vegetable " sushi rolls.
In addition, our chef custom made special sauces
are lightly added on the toppings. The final result
is "Yami".
88 Lounge Bar
Our lounge is located off Bluemound Road,
convenient to locals from the surrounding
areas including Milwaukee, Pewaukee,
Brookfield, Waukesha and New Berlin.

Chinese cuisines. However, Meiji Cuisine
restaurant can prepare your orders according to
your needs.

Meiji Cuisine Restaurant Policies
1) Hibachi Seating
~ Minimum of 2 diners per Hibachi table. For
better customer service, Meiji Cuisine
restaurant will only bring
your party to your Hibachi table when all
members of the party are present.
We appreciate your understanding & cooperation.
2) Sharing Charge
~ There will be a $ 5.00 sharing charge.
We will offer soup, salad & rice.
3) Hibachi section
~ There will be a $5.00 charge per seat
if diners do not order Hibachi entrees.
We will offer soup & salad & rice.
4) We reserve the right to check I.Ds
of any diners who order alcohol drinks and appear
under 21.
5) Substitutions are allowed on selected
items but may cost extra.
6) For a party of 6 or more, an 18% gratuity will
be added to the bill.(including Chinese restaurant).
